Rick Ensor
Serving as director is Rick Ensor who calls Rockdale, TX his home. A graduate of Texas Tech University Rick spent most of his life in the classroom as a professional educator and retired from service as a agricultural Science Teacher.
Rick’s passion for teaching and education moved beyond the classroom some 26 years ago as Rick made the decision to combine his love for the outdoors and education which led him to become a Texas Parks & Wildlife Division (TPWD) Volunteer Hunter Education Instructor. As a Hunter Education Instructor Rick has been teaching and giving back to the youth to help them learn to use the outdoors, Legally, Safely and Ethically.
A dedicated husband, father and grandfather Rick currently gives of his time to pour his heart and soul into his family as well as all of the youth of today to help them get outdoors and enjoy all activities outdoors. Retired from the classroom and no longer working as a professional educator Rick has captured his love for the outdoors and turned it into a business for himself and his family. Rick currently raising animals and game such as; Fallow deer, Blackbuck Antelope, and Oryx.

When asked why Rick does all he does he will simply respond: “I’m dedicated to helping make the state of Texas a safer place to hunt and fish.”
