2023 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Dates: April 28 - 30, 2023

Location: Texas 4-H Conference Center, 5600 FM 3021, Brownwood, TX

Besides yourself, will anyone else attend with you? A registration fee is required for each person in attendance; $50 for participant and $30 for participant's guest.

Each participant will need to fill out a registration form. For example, if both spouses are Instructors/Participants, each must fill out a registration form.

Early Bird (online) registration closes April 18, 2023 at 5:00pm. Onsite registration fees increase to $80.00 for participants, $50.00 for guest/spouse.

Some sessions have attendance maximums. First come (registered for session), first served.

Muzzleloading – 20 maximum students per session

Shotgun – 15 maximum students per session

Chronic Wasting Disease – 25 maximum students per session

Arrow Lethality is an all afternoon session on Saturday - 15 maximum students for this session

Tree Stand Safety Instructor Course on Friday is limited to 25 students and is all day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Tree Stand Safety courses on Saturday are limited to 25 students maximum per session.

Optional Tree Stand Safety INSTRUCTORS Course *

This is an ALL day course, the workshop will encompass the morning and afternoon. The course will begin at 8:00 am on Friday. Thursday evening arrival is avaliable for participants that chose this course.

Attendees will need to complete registration onsite upon arriving at the 4-H Conference Center.

Onsite check-in will be available Friday afternoon, April 28th, from 4-9pm and Saturday morning, April 29, from 7.30-10am.
